Coach Louie is the owner & founder of 310 Elite Basketball Academy and a dedicated coach who brings heart, leadership, and years of hands-on experience to the court. With a strong background coaching youth through local parks, rec centers, and competitive leagues, he understands what it takes to develop young athletes from the ground up. His guidance has led teams—most proudly his daughter’s—to championship success. Coach Louie is passionate about creating a positive, disciplined environment where kids can build confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow not just as athletes, but as leaders in life.

Coach JP is a cornerstone of 310 Elite Basketball Academy, known for his powerful presence, motivational coaching style, and unwavering dedication to youth development. With a strong background in both mental performance and athletic conditioning, he helps players build discipline, resilience, and confidence that carries beyond the court. J.P. has independently led training sessions, mentored athletes through personal growth, and played a key role in team successes. His leadership and passion for shaping young lives make him an irreplaceable part of the academy’s mission and culture.
