His holistic training approach focuses on developing the mind, body, and spirit through strength building, injury prevention, nutrition, and basketball fundamentals. Coach Ron has worked with top athletes such as Ebony Hoffman, James Harden, Breanna Stewart, Cappie Pondexter, and Terrance Jones, and has led coaching roles with the NBA Academy India, Dream Basketball Academy in China, and NBA Basketball Without Borders. As a former WNBA scout and head coach at multiple high schools, he has a proven track record of elevating teams to championship levels. With international coaching experience in Africa, Asia, and Europe, Coach Ron brings world-class expertise and a deep commitment to helping athletes reach their fullest potential on and off the court.
